Green 'Slime-Like' Water Spotted In NYC

Green Slime Water Spotted in New York City

'Slime-Like' Water Spills Over In The Streets of New York With A Different Color

No, we're not talking about orchard beach..... even though we should.
Early November here in New York bystanders spotted green water just casually flowing down the street & seeping through manholes near the One World Trade.
An odd sight to say the least but, not an unfamiliar sighting.
Before we continue, no, this is not the work of Master Splinter & The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles....

Though there is a story about intrusive turtles invading the city.
Earlier this year in March the same water was spotted in one of our train stations.
Another sighting of this water was reportedly on a highway in Michigan.
So what is this water?
How did it get there?
Why are New Yorkers just casually walking by?
Well, us New Yorkers don't get phased by much anyway so...

Another spotted in march earlier this year (March)

It's speculated to be anti-freeze  which is highly dangerous and should definitely be 'steer cleared' when it comes to human contact.
Another source claims it's a bio-dump.
We all know about stuff like this.
Another person suspects that this slime-like water is actually dye.
“It's a dye or marker used by utility or municipal workers.
These dyes can be used to identify and trace the flow of water or other liquids, helping to locate leaks, blockages, or other issues in underground systems,” said the individual.
